The State Aid (public money) allocated for each UK SEZ has doubled from £80 million to £160 million, multiplied by 74 = £11,84 billion. Each Freeport receives £25 million in seed capital, multiplied by 12 = £300 million. Teesside Freeport has already spent £560 million of taxpayers money, 90% of the profits go to the private sector. All 12 Freeports and 74 SEZs are tax-exempt for 10 years and licensed for a quarter of a century.
