Former FM of Wales Mark Drakeford signed off on 8 Special Economic Zones (SEZs) and 2 ‘green’ Freeports with Rishi Sunak, present at the signing was Shanker Singham, known as the brains behind Brexit. Drakeford resigned in March 2024.
